Owners Manual

Congratulations on your new Ultimate Airball® tubeless Paintball Bunker System.

  • ALWAYS ensure that all Players, Spectators, and Judges ALWAYS wear ASTM compliant Mask & Goggle systems, made specifically for Paintball.
  • ALWAYS adjust all Paintball markers to shoot at velocities below 280 feet per second,
  • ALWAYS Use a chronograph to measure the paintball’s speed.
  • ALWAYS follow National, State, Provincial, and Local laws and zoning ordinances.

Ultimate Airball® Bunker Setup

  1. Remove bunkers from storage bags and unroll.
  2. Locate the Fill/Release valve on each bunker.
  3. Once the valve is located, turn the cover cap counter-clockwise, and pull it towards you about an inch (2.5 cm). The cover cap can hang free on it’s tether.
  4. Inside the Fill/Release Valve port, gently push in the center pin about ¼ inch (1 cm) to open it, and turn it clockwise to lock the valve open.
  5. Unpack the leaf blower and follow the instructions. Turn on the leaf blower and place the end of the nozzle over the open valve to inflate. You do not need to make a seal: Aiming the air outlet within two or three inches (5-6 cm) is close enough.
  6. DO NOT OVER INFLATE !!! Bunkers work best when slightly under-inflated or soft, so that they will absorb paintball hits instead of bouncing them away.

Leave the bunkers soft enough so that a gentle push with your hand against the bunker will allow your hand to move 5 - 8 inches (12 – 20 cm) into the bunker. If the air temperature increases during the day, be prepared to release air to regain “soft” condition.
  7. Once the bunker is inflated, close the valve pin by rotating it counter clockwise until it pops towards you, snapping closed.
Then replace the valve cover by inserting it into the hole and rotating it clockwise ¼ turn.
Place the Bunker in the desired location on the field. Before anchoring the bunker to the ground make sure the valve is facing away from the opposing flag station. This way the valve will not be shot, and will remain clean and free of debris.
  8. Once the bunker is placed correctly on the field, anchor the bunkers with the stakes that are provided, using a hammer. Always wear Safety Glasses when using a hammer! Make sure the elastic cord is not “tight”, and remains flush against the ground.
  9. Hammer stakes ALL THE WAY INTO THE GROUND! Be sure stakes are hammered far into the ground so that the head of the stake is BELOW GROUND LEVEL!!

Repairing Accidental Damage

To repair an accidental puncture, use the included patch kit and follow these simple steps:

  1. Clean the area around the leak with soap and water.
  2. Let dry completely.
  3. Cut a patch from the extra material, (included) about twice the size of the hole.
  4. Apply glue (included) to both the patch and around the hole. Before putting the patch over the hole, let the glue dry until it is tacky, (about 2 or 3 minutes).
  5. Apply patch to the hole, rubbing the bubbles out. Hold in place for about 30 seconds.

Clean Up & Storage

Use mild soap and water to clean the bunkers. It is easiest to clean them when they are inflated. AIR dry.

To deflate, simply open the valve and allow Bunker to deflate.
Once the air is out of the bunker, roll it up with the valve open and place in the storage bags.
If available use a shop-vac in reverse to remove the excess air from the bunker.
